We charge fees for our advice and ongoing service. These fees are completely transparent, disclosed to you and agreed before we undertake any work.  We believe this helps us to attract and sustain lasting client relationships.

We offer an obligation-free initial consultation, without charge. If you then elect to proceed, we commence work on the analysis and preparation of your Personalised Financial Plan, which we charge at our hourly rate. If the  you then agree to implement our recommendations, we offset this with our account establishment fee.

An account establishment fee applies to all clients, to set-up their client account. This charge is 3% of the value of your investments. We agree how this charge will be applied before we commence any work, and whether this will be invoiced directly or taken from the initial investment amount.

For the ongoing service, we charge an annual account servicing fee of 0.75% of the value of your investments. This is either invoiced directly or taken from the underlying investments (note that this does not include any additional fund-based fees that may be charged by the Investment Manager).

“We promise that the only ongoing fees we will receive for the  services we provide are those described in our schedule and agreed with you in advance. Any other remuneration will be rebated to you, via our technology platform.”
